FAQs

  • We’re open all days except Wednesdays & Sundays, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. You’re welcome to access the lounge anytime during these hours with a valid per-day or membership booking.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to a Calendly link to select your slots. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the booking link for future use. A personal pin code will be shared for access through our automated door system.

  • Yes, parking is available on the back entry side road of alag.cafe. Our main gate security will guide you to the correct spot. Please ensure you don’t block any neighbouring entrances or driveways.

  • You get access to a single seat at the lounge, free Wi-Fi, drinking water and self-service coffee. The room also includes a couch for added comfort.

  • Please email us at hello@alag.co at least 24 working hours in advance, and we’ll help you reschedule based on available slots.

  • We don’t offer refunds. However, you can request a reschedule by writing to us at hello@alag.co within the required time.

  • a.lounge is designed for individual focused work. Group meetings, loud phone calls, or video calls are not allowed in the shared space.

    Guests are not allowed in the lounge unless a member books the entire lounge for private use under the enclose plan. Upon full booking, members may invite up to 6 guests to work from the space.
