  • Type: Full Time. On-Site. Day Shift

    • Education: 12th pass and above.

    • Work Experience: Freshers are welcome, previous work experience as a Server would be a bonus

    • Skills: Basic computer knowledge, English language communication is a must

    Summary:

    You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers. The Server is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests & as well clear tables in the assigned Place of Work in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Executes all tasks assigned by the supervisor

    • Displays warmth, care and enthusiasm when dealing with guest and fellow colleagues

    • Prepare cafe space to run smoothly, setup and clears table, in the work & service area. Maintains high standard of hygiene and orderliness

    • Welcome guests, take order for guest, serve food and beverage.

    • Thoroughly familiar with beverage and menu items and be able to compose and recommend suitable menu pairing; upsell sensitively.

    • Maintain a clean and orderly service area and promotes a safe working environment

    • Performs any additional duties as assigned.

    Summary:
    You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operations of the kitchen. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in food preparation, maintain stock levels, follow SOPs, and uphold hygiene standards to ensure consistent quality and service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute all tasks assigned by the supervisor or chef.

    • Support in preparation of food items as per company recipes and SOPs.

    • Maintain par stock levels to ensure availability of all ingredients.

    • Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

    • Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.

    • Willing to learn beverage preparation and other café operations.

    • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

  • Type: Full Time. On-Site. Day Shift

    • Education: 12th pass and above, diploma/UG preferred.

    • Work Experience: Freshers are welcome, previous barista or café experience would be a bonus.

    • Skills: Basic computer knowledge, English language communication is a must, customer service skills.

    • Attitude: Friendly, attentive, detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, team-player.

    Summary:
    You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering warm, personalised service. As a Trainee Barista, you will ensure every guest has an excellent café experience while learning and maintaining high standards of coffee knowledge and service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and engage customers with warmth, care, and enthusiasm.

    • Take and process orders accurately on POS.

    • Prepare all beverages with precision, consistency, and within set time frames.

    • Understand and communicate basics of coffee (roast levels, flavor notes).

    • Suggest drinks, beans, and equipment tailored to customer needs.

    • Maintain cleanliness at the barista station, sink and overall café space.

    • Restock retail shelves neatly as per merchandising standards.

    • Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints with professionalism.

    • Clear tables in a timely manner and support FOH team.

    • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
